Are you one of those that love crispy potato chips? Who doesn't?
I think we all do, though some of us avoid it due to them being deep fried.
Well, in my family we eat Crispy potato chips all the time and they are not deep fried but super duper healthy.
Here's how to make them:
Preheat the oven to 190C/380 F
Wash and peal three or more potatoes.
Slice them as thin as you can. The thinner the slices the crispier the chips.
Place them in a bowl.
Here some are thin while some are not so thin because my daughter doesn't eat the crispy ones but the soft fleshy ones.
Add two tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
You can add more seasoning to it if you please.
Toss them around in the bowl.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and line the potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 190C/380F for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over ones at around 15 minutes.
If you have made uneven slices like me. Go ahead and remove the ones that are done so they won't burn.
Your potato chips are ready.
Enjoy..
Thanks for stopping by.
