Flourless Chocolate cake - Valentine Special

Are you ready for Valentine's Day? Well, we have a couple of good chocolate recipes here that you can use. I made this one for this year.. Just a bit early so I can share it with you.

Remember last year's Flour-less Chocolate cake? Well this one is similar. Well not similar really!
The ingredients are similar but the process is different and so the outcome is also completely different.
That was a more dense and soft cake but this one here is a light and fluffy base with a strong muddy chocolate glaze. Sounds yummy doesn't it? Oh it is!


I had some lovely guest over for coffee and cake and since they were chocoholics I made this absolutely chocoholic cake along with some chocolate coated strawberries, pecan pie, cookies and some fresh strawberries.
